This is Susan's fridge. As she is a friend of mine - I know there is a child in this house! Even so, I reckon you can tell from the fridge. Not only is there a photograph of said child, the fridge is covered in art, as well as what looks like a school note. There also seem to be a smattering of novelty/souvenir magnets - these people like a bit of quirk. And then there's magnetic shopping list. Is this Susan's organised side? The layout is pretty haphazard, though and to me this fridge says proud, laidback parents...
